Simple answer: Yes, and No!
When you go on that mission of wanting something for free, you can succeed, only if you try hard enough and are determined to complete the mission in its entirety.
So for example, you want a free iPhone from a network known as FreebieJeebies, you sign up and complete your offer and then remember "Doh! Need referrals!" At this point many people (Lets call them Novices) give an and dont bother anymore, or they go somewhere else.
Well face it folks, alot of the places offering free items are just plain scams, there are some legitimate networks out there that do keep to their aim of giving you something for free, providing you complete the requirements.
